During his 30-year-plus career at leading biopharmaceutical companies (GSK, Merck, Amgen, and Pfizer), Dr. Singh built and led several industry-leading teams of scientists and regulatory professionals.  He is a recognized global drug development industry expert focusing on innovative regulatory strategies that facilitate accelerated regulatory reviews and approvals.  He is frequently sought out to facilitate policy discussions and drive health authority interactions to positive outcomes.  He has successfully bridged the interfaces between discovery, development, manufacturing, medical, and commercial to promote the launch of new medicines and ensure that patient unmet needs are addressed promptly. Dr. Singh is a Professor of Practice in Regulatory Sciences at Northeastern University and serves on multiple scientific advisory boards.

Dr. Singh obtained his undergraduate degree from St. Stephen’s College, a doctorate from the University of Kansas, and postdoctoral training from the University of Washington.  He has completed his certification from the MIT Sloan School of Business in Artificial Intelligence, focusing on Implications for Business Strategy.
